After the upgrade to the Zou 0.8.2 version we changed the way permissions work. If you manage your instance yourself and have upgraded it recently, you would have noticed that your supervisors and CG artists don’t have access to any production anymore. To fix that you have to add them to the team of your production. Once added, they will have full access to the production like with the previous versions. If you want a simple way to add people to the team based on their previous assignation, you can run a simple command in your production environment:
zou patch_team
